Imposter Syndrome: The idea is that we in our everyday lives do not think we are who we portray ourselves to be. Believing we are not: educated enough, smart enough, confident enough (the list goes on) to be who we are on the daily. This always existed-there just wasn’t a fancy label for it. I could tell you to read a book, watch a Ted Talk or listen to a Podcast about it, but I actually don’t think that will help you much if you are experiencing this. I will ask you two things. 1) When you think about someone you care about and think highly of, do you ever think that they are a fraud or lying to the world about who they are? 2) When you have “failed” at something, have you ever truly failed or did something good (result, habit, learned skill) happen as a result of it?
